Welcome to the ‘Leap2’ program operated by the Sales and Service Training Center at Northgate, Durham.

One of our key missions is to help job seekers, especially those from challenged backgrounds, to become economically independent by providing them with a pipeline of services that prepare them with the 'soft' skills and attitude that potential employers desire. This includes working with employers and support organizations to maximize an individual’s chance of gaining employment.

Training Services

The Leap2 Program provides a unique blend of on-line and instructor led learning programs that are specifically designed to engage learners of all ages.

Our own ‘Understanding Life’s Journey’, on-line and instructor led curriculum, provides a modular solution for learners who are looking for first time employment, or who have been out of the workplace for some time or who have been dislocated and need to sharpen their skills to become ‘workplace ready’.

In addition and in association with our partners, we are able to offer an on-line High School Diploma program which allows learners, who may have dropped-out of a mainstream education, to transfer credits and complete their diploma at their own pace.
